ClipGaint operates on a pure Peer-to-Peer (P2P) WebRTC architecture. When you share a file, video, or text snippet, it travels directly from your device to the receiver's device. Your files never touch, pass through, or are stored on our servers.

To connect two devices, our server acts as a temporary matchmaker (a Signaling Server). We temporarily process your IP address and standard WebRTC connection data (SDP offers/answers) purely to establish the connection. This data is kept strictly in RAM and is permanently destroyed the second your session ends. We keep no logs.

We do not require user accounts, emails, or passwords. We do not collect names, contact details, or payment information for our core service. The only exception is when a user voluntarily makes a VIP supporter purchase — in that case, only the email provided at checkout is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) to deliver the activation key.

To bypass restrictive network firewalls, we utilize public STUN servers (such as those provided by Google) to discover IP routes. These are standard WebRTC protocols and do not have access to your file payloads. We do not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that harvest your browsing behavior. ClipGaint uses only essential localStorage entries (theme preference, VIP status) that never leave your device.

ClipGaint provides a decentralized network pipe. We do not scan, monitor, or verify the contents of the files transferred through our platform. You accept full responsibility for any files you receive or send. ClipGaint is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for data loss, network interruptions, or malware transmitted by other users.

While ClipGaint does not restrict file formats, you agree not to use the service to transmit illegal content, distribute malicious software (viruses, ransomware) with malicious intent, violate copyright or intellectual property laws, or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service for other users. We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these terms.

ClipGaint is a free service. To protect our infrastructure, we employ automated rate-limiting. We reserve the right to throttle connections, restrict access, or temporarily suspend the service during extreme traffic spikes to maintain server health. VIP supporters may receive priority access during peak load periods.

Rooms and connection keys are temporary. We do not guarantee the persistence of any room, connection, or transfer speed. Rooms are automatically destroyed when all participants leave. No transferred data is recoverable once a room session has ended.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ClipGaint after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

ClipGaint VIP is a digital activation key that unlocks premium features within the ClipGaint application — including custom display names, exclusive avatars, and supporter badges. It is not a physical product. Once activated, the key is permanently bound to your browser session and cannot be transferred, resold, or reused.

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• Un-activated Key: If you purchased a VIP key but have not yet activated it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical Failure: If a proven technical failure on our end prevents the key from activating or functioning as described, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The VIP key has already been activated.
• The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The user claims dissatisfaction without a demonstrable technical fault.
• Change of mind after successful key activation.

ClipGaint VIP is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and therefore no cancellation is required. Once purchased, the key remains valid indefinitely unless revoked due to a Terms of Service violation.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your payment receipt, VIP key, and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

ClipGaint VIP is a 100% digital product. No physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. There is no shipping address required, no courier service involved, and no physical delivery timeline.

Upon successful payment, your VIP activation key is displayed instantly on the checkout confirmation screen. This is your primary delivery method — the key is available immediately, with zero wait time.

Additionally, a backup copy of the key is immediately sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

To activate your VIP key, enter it in the ClipGaint application when prompted. The key unlocks premium features instantly upon activation. Once activated, the key is permanently bound and cannot be reused or transferred.

If your key was not displayed on the confirmation screen or you did not receive the backup email, please contact us at [email protected] with your payment receipt. We will manually verify and resend your key within 24 hours.
